CES Unveiled: Preview of Tech to Be Featured at Trade Show

CES Unveiled 2025 offered a preview of new technologies two days ahead of the official opening of the massive CES show floor in Las Vegas on January 7. From AI-powered tools and robotics to energy-saving innovations and immersive displays, the event showcased a spectrum of advancements. Among the more notable highlights included cognitive AI demonstrated by Neural Lab, the latest brain-computer interface tech from Naqi Logix, AR and smart glasses developed by companies such as Rokid and Mustard, and a variety of interesting video- and audio-related offerings to be showcased at CES.

Neural Lab presented its cognitive AI platforms designed to enhance human-machine interactions through gesture controls and more intuitive communication.

Naqi Logix unveiled its brain-computer interface technology (earbud pictured below), which could revolutionize assistive devices for individuals with physical limitations. The company describes its platform as “hands-free, voice-free, screen-free and even camera-free.”

AR was on display in Rokid’s latest glasses, featuring improved ergonomics and display quality, while Mustard Smart Glasses (below) integrate security, real-time translation and notification functionality in a sleek design.

LiquidView displayed digital windows that simulate outdoor landscapes, offering new possibilities for interior spaces. JMGO showcased a laser projector capable of delivering high-resolution, cinema-quality visuals even in sunlit conditions.

HISONG AirStudioOne introduced a fully wireless, studio-grade sound system, and Sonic Lamb by Rapture Audio Labs has combined audio with tactile feedback to create a multi-sensory experience for gaming and entertainment.

Trancity, a solution from Japan’s CalTa Inc., demonstrated its ability to generate 3D models and point cloud data from simple video uploads. This simplifies the creation of digital twins, enabling more accessible and efficient development of virtual replicas for industrial, urban and logistical applications.

Zadar Labs, meanwhile, showcased its radar technology, which provides precise real-time mapping for autonomous vehicles and industrial operations, offering reliable performance in adverse weather conditions.
